Rachael Carlona has been a staff accountant with Bailey, Moore, Glazer, Schaefer & Proto, LLP. since 2012. She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 2011 and attained an MBA with a Concentration in Accounting at the University of New Haven in 2015.

Bette Festa has been a member of our Small Business Department since 2005, and works on monthly bookkeeping, payroll and financial statements for small clients.  Ms. Festa is proficient in QuickBooks and other computerized accounting software.  She has over 35 years of experience in public and private accounting.

Ms. Festa received her Associates of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.

Stephen P. Mooney is a senior accountant at Bailey, Moore, Glazer, Schaefer & Proto, LLP.  Since joining the firm in 2007 Mr. Mooney has been engaged primarily in audits and reviews of real estate entities and construction management corporations, including the preparation of their tax returns.  He has also worked on a variety of other engagements ranging from small auto repair services to large equipment leasing companies.

Mr. Mooney received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in accounting from Springfield College.

Torrie White is a senior accountant with Bailey, Moore, Glazer, Schaefer & Proto, LLP.  She has more than 20 years of public and private accounting experience in providing quality accounting and tax services to clients.  Her experience includes conducting, supervising and reviewing annual audits, reviews and compilations of a wide range of businesses including trusts and estates.  She also has been involved in preparing estate and trust probate filings. In addition, she has prepared multi-state tax returns for partnerships, corporations and individuals.
 
Ms. White received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Roger Williams College.
