Vincent J. DeRobertis is a partner in the firm of Bailey, Moore, Glazer, Schaefer & Proto, LLP. He has more than 29 years of experience in providing quality accounting and business advisory services to a range of closely-held businesses and non-profit organizations. He has considerable expertise in a wide range of industries, including: real estate developers, physicians, attorneys and other service organizations, manufacturers, medical laboratories, and construction contractors.

Mr. DeRobertis provides a variety of business services to his clients in addition to the normal accounting and tax services, including: reviews of organizational structure, due diligence audits, strategic business planning, and cash management analysis. He has designed individualized programs to satisfy the business needs of his clients.

He has been involved in many large business acquisitions and dispositions dealing with corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies. He is also active in the exploration of financing alternatives for his clients and has assisted in their negotiation. He has extensive experience in a wide range of tax matters and has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local regulatory agencies.

Mr. DeRobertis received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Boston College. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is co-chairman of the Milford Connecticut Relay for Life and is involved in many other charitable and business organizations.
