Kaliope Emmanouil is a manager with the firm of Bailey, Moore, Glazer, Schaefer & Proto, LLP. She has more than 30 years of experience in providing quality accounting and business advisory services for nonpublic and public companies. This experience includes conducting, supervising and reviewing annual audits and examinations of the financial records of a broad range of businesses including: finance companies, HUD loan correspondent, not-for-profit organizations, health and other service organizations, 401 (k) plans, technology companies, real estate operators, and leasing companies.

She provides clients with reviews of organizational structure and agreed upon procedures engagements in addition to the normal accounting and tax services. She has also implemented audit procedures, analysis and programs designed for the specific needs of clients.

She is a manager of the firm’s financial statement review and quality control departments and regularly presents educational and instructional seminars and sessions to partners and team members regarding accounting pronouncements and current developments.

Ms. Emmanouil received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. She is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is extremely active in her community, serves as an officer for several groups, and devotes a substantial amount of time to a number of charitable organizations.

Frank DelVecchio is a manager with the firm of Bailey, Moore, Glazer, Schaefer & Proto, LLP. Mr. DelVecchio has been the manager of the Small Business Department for 25 years and has over forty years of public and private accounting experience. Mr. DelVecchio services a wide variety of accounts with a concentration on medical offices and facilities. Services include bookkeeping, payroll, bill paying, financial statement and tax return preparation.

Mr. DelVecchio received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent.
